I'm going for a black and blue build.

Thoughts on how a white/black h440 would look with a black/blue build inside? What would look better? All black enthoo pro, Black/blue h440 or white/black h440.

All black could be cool since it accentuates the computer itself and just lets the case fall into the background.

On the other hand, black/blue could be cool since it actually matches the rest of the build.

But, white/black could also be really nice since white/black/blue all go well together, and the white case could add some nice contrast.

Everything will be purchased from either Newegg, Amazon, or NCIX.

CPU: Doesn't need explaining.
CPU Cooler: I'll either get a Hyper 212, or more likely, wait until a 240mm AIO is on sale again. (I know the seidon 240m is on sale, but I won't be ordering anything for a week+).
Motherboard: I like MSI, I want a black PCB, and I want something with two PCIe 3.0x16 slots.
Memory: Already have it.
Storage: I may consider getting a 120gb 840 evo if the price difference is enough as I'm only using 120~gb of my Crucial M4, and I could easily get that down to about 60gb.
Storage 2: I prefer WD to Seagate.
GPU: It matches the existing GTX780 sc w/ ACX I currently have.
Case: I like the look of the Phanteks Enthoo Pro and H440...so
PSU: Whatever 750w+ from corsair, cooler master, evga, fractal, or NZXT happens to be the cheapest. Modular doesn't matter as I plan on getting Silverstone P707 (black/blue) extensions.
OS: I can get it for free.
Monitor: Whatever good 1080p ips monitor that, preferably, is around $150.
Keyboard: Have it.
Mouse: Have it.
Speakers: Looking for a good 2.1 speaker system for around $30-50.

Dont like the way the H440 has the HDD mounts. Outside of that, they are both great cases. I'd go the Pro personally, just cause its abit cheaper and you can fit a bit more in it.

And I have one.

If you want the best functionality, then get the Pro. Also remember that the Luxe has LED's, so consider that. If you really like the aesthetic of the H440, then go with that.

But seriously, consider the Luxe. It costs extra, but those LED's can really help make your build look sexy.

Pro is a no-brainer if you plan on doing a custom loop, except that you aren't. The H440 has noise-dampening foam, and matches your colour scheme. The Pro has more plastic. The H440 has worse airflow than the Pro. I suppose my vote goes to the H440.

As much as I'd love to build a custom loop, its not going to happen since the performance benefits (in my opinion) is not worth the $600+ you need to spend.

Dont like the way the H440 has the HDD mounts. Outside of that, they are both great cases. I'd go the Pro personally, just cause its abit cheaper and you can fit a bit more in it.

And I have one.

Yea, thats why I was initially leaning towards the Enthoo Pro, and even why I was leaning toward the black/red or white/black h440 rather than than the black/blue h440 (the latter is more, sadly).

I'm not a noise whore; so that probably shouldn't be an issue... I don't care if its not silent, so long as its not obscene.

I'm currently using a 350D with a seidon 240m with stock fans at 50%, and its not terrible...I'd prefer it be a little bit quieter, but it doesn't drive me insane.

Welp, from an aesthetic perspective, what would you say would look better with a black and blue build.

All black case (enthoo pro)---stealthy case drawing attention to the inside rather than the case itself.

Black with blue accents (h440)---matching the rest of the build.

white with black accents (h440)---white adds a nice amount of contrast and white/black/blue all work well together.

White and Black H440. With blue insides. That will look sick. Then add some decent led accent lighting.

My vote goes to the Phanteks Enthoo Pro / Luxe.

Never in my mind I thought about Phanteks, but damn, they've really pulled something amazing off with these cases. Heck, Corsair, Antec, NZXT, and Cooler Master could learn a thing or two from them!

Just watch these videos first.

Yes, and I don't really like it.

looks wise, the H440 is more appealing to me, but if you want ample space, then the pro is the way to go.

H440 is supremely overrated. People say the build quality is fantastic but in reality it's just plastic reinforced by a dense foam. The Enthoo Pro is cheaper and packs way more features than the H440.

Plus the way you can LITERALLY disassemble the ENTIRE case by removing a few screws....sooo awesome!!

If I have the time...I'm willing to swap all the cases of all my computers just for the heck of it.

And this is coming from a guy who's never touched a Phanteks product before, and is a Cooler Master / Corsair Hammer Legion guy for computer cases.

(Just for reference, I own a Cooler Master HAF 932 and 912, and a Corsair 450D).
