Just got a new PC and my wireless card will not find my router

Go to solution Solved by bbrooking18,

Is DHCP enabled on your router? if not try logging on to your router, or try giving your pc/wireless adapter a static IP address.

OK so i got a new awesome PC today, however after a few hours of trying to fix this with several google searches i must turn to you guys. I am out of idea, i have disabled the device and enabled again several times, i have installed new drivers several times. My wireless card just won't show me my router and let me connect to it! please help this is driving me crazy!

wireless card: Wireless 802.11N 300Mbps MIMO PCI card

P.S when i try to update my drivers it says it is already up to date.

First find out if it isn't impossible to use an ethernet cable, it's just so much better than wifi.

have you got a 5GHZ and 2.5GHZ router?  some cards can only detect 2.4GHZ.  So make sure you have it enabled.

1 Did you open your wireless network ?
2.Did you open your wireless SSID broadcast function?
Confirmed the two points, pla, if it is okay, it must be a wireless router problem or a problem with your wireless card.

Using another laptop  to check u router, I hope that not your router issues, otherwise, you will need a new router, too, u can take huawei e5175 into account.
