so you're doing it to failure, that's actually much better than wasting your time in gym!

swimming+pushups > gym ;)

3 - 8. I'm really out of shape when it comes to strength of my arms.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

Around 100 at any one time.

Used to be able to do more, but food is pretty amazing.

Food also works as motivation^^

After about 25 i can motivate myself by thinking "If i do 25 more i can have some lindt chocolate!"

And i always make it at that point because their "Straberry intense" is too good

The most I can do in one set is around 50.

the first 60 in one set, the rest 40 in 4 sets. I rest like 5 secs between the last sets!

edit: i do all these 100 pushups in 4 minutes :)

How many am I able to do? Usually I check by doing descending sets. So 30 -> 25 -> 20 -> 15 -> 10 -> 5 Which is 105.

How many do I actually do? None. My body keeps a nice equilibrium of "not fit or unfit" on it's own. Regardless of what I do. Pretty sweet honestly.
