Nvidia shadowplay if you have an nvidia card, gamedvr if you have an amd one.

Also, Raptr has an option for that as well.

Get an elegato game capture card they don't hurt frame rate at all.

(Unregistered) Hypercam 2 used to be a popular option which uses very little resources but outputs absolute shit.

Any of these options currently work with surround display? Cant get shadow play to record at all.
