Gigabyte vs MSI?

Go to solution Solved by Askew,

I hear that gigabyte's RMA procedure is better so I'd take gigabyte on that merit.

They both make good products though.

I'm getting the Gaming 5 motherboards. MSI and Gigabyte both has the motherboards and they're the same price. I was wondering which one I should choose or are they completely the same thing?

I would go with Gigabyte personally.

Same. I am more familiar with Gigabyte mobo than i am with the MSI ones.

I had a MSI Z77A-GD65,and still have a Z87-GD65.Never had any problems.Good motherboards. What it boils down to,is which one do you really want?I mean where you look at it,and say man.....i really want that.

msi fan control in the bios is much better, i'd hardly suggest msi.
