try to get an 8320, best gpu you can and no waiting for the new GTX cards will be a waste unless your budget is so high your upgrading everything, and an SSD

This is too vague.

Do multithreaded processes bog your system down, are you running out of memory doing something intense, are your frames kinda low in gaming at your res, is your HDD made in the early 2000's to be uber slow, is your hardware on fire because of no air flow in your current case?

Whichever is causing the most annoyance is what you upgrade first.

Try get a 280x or 770 over 760. In UK price difference is small but performance difference big.

intel would mean scrapping the motherboard, could be a good option if he can get some money back online for the FX cpu and motherboard...

a good intel upgrade that won't break the bank would be the i5-4460 along with a cheap H97 motherboard and the GPU i would still upgrade to the R9 280X or R9 290 since that is the weakest link in his system.

If money isnt an issue i would get a good quality Z97 motherboard along with the core i5-4690K and an R9 290 GPU.

EDIT: Just saw the OP is interested about streaming gameplay on twitch, for that reason i would consider stepping up the CPU to the core i7-4790K

An Intel upgrade will yield more visible improvement. But, if you are looking into saving more money, considering upgrade the CPU to 8320 and a 212X or Evo (if you can still find them). Graphics card wise, I would recommend a minimum of GTX 760 or a R9 270.

Rather a single GTX 780, never SLI cards with crappy memory amount and bandwidth.

OK how about 2 780s!

He wants something rather cheap, and not some overpriced shit he doesn't even need. So you'd be better off recommending useful things, and not... This.

You started it! :P

I would never even have an AMD setup in the 1st place!

You were the one recommending the GTX 770 SLI, so... I couldn't have started it :)

come on kids stop that both of your suggestions are just plain stupid you never in life, NEVER, buy two identical graphics card from the get go there is ALWAYS a better solution.

Well he can use Quicksync with OBS (offloading streaming to the integrated gpu) that would make Intel the choice if he really wants an AMD gpu. He could get a 8320 orsomething and get an nvidia gpu not AMD. Streaming with cpu's just doesnt cut it, can't even play BF3 at 120 fps when streaming with the cpu >.>

My suggestion was because i was taking into account that the OP already has a good AMD board to support the cheap 130$ FX-8320...only reason.

If the OP has the cash to go the Intel build then he should, if not then go with the AMD build. Neither are bad builds though.

Trolling? Nice, dude. It was rather a "fix" for his comment. I was NOT recommending anything. In that system, I would rather recommend a R9 270(X), so stop pestering me (us).

you where concerned by the ''stop the stupid childish arguing and let's help the OP'' part of my comment and the other guy was concerned by the ''stop making stupid recommandations if you don't know what you are talking about just leave'' part of the comment...sorry i should have clarified this up front.
