ipad mini 16gb or nvidia sheild tablet 16gb?

Hi, I'm very interested in buying a tablet, I have $400 to spend, and I like the look of both tablets but unsure which one to get, and I am also unsure when the shield tablet is realeased in Australia.

Dunno if it was released down under but i would defenetly go for the sheild tab

 The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?
