Well its not a DIY I'm actually just weighing the pros and cons of buying the materials and actually assembling it myself (I have a access to a woodworking shop) or buying it precut and assembling it. My current desk is fine but it doesn't have shelves or anything. If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.
