i5 cpu + motherboard for -$250?

Squabba

Anyone got any recommendations for an i5 cpu with a decent MICRO ATX motherboard that stays under $225-$250 total? Definitely want a quad core and the cpu doesn't need to be unlocked either. THANKS!

It will work just fine for what it needs to do, but of course it doesn't have the bells and whistles.

This build is for an upgrade for a friend (from an APU build). I just needs 2-4 SATA 3, PICe 16x, up to 16GB RAM, and enough 3/4 pin fan headers... which this particular one doesn't have. We have 1 Y-splitter but I'm not sure if you can use a splitter off a splitter... maybe I'll get a little molex thingy. Any other suggenstions? And is @ForsakeLive 's motherboard suggestion a good one in your opinion?
