Noctua fans.

NF-F12 are the static ones I believe?

Those are the NF-P12.-

The Silverstone Air Penetrators are good budget Static pressure fans, the AP122 and AP123 models are awesome.

Gentle Typhoons made by Nidec Servo are great, other decent SP fans are Cougar vortex fans :)

I have 2 x 120 SP's on my rad....very loud, I don't over clock anymore so I might be trying the quiet editions. I have 2 Cougar Vortex fans that are amazingly quiet and blow good air, might get them. Nuctua ia out of the question, first the color scheme, and the price

Ryzen 7 5800X3D , Arctic Liquid Freezer  III , Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite , Corsair Vengeance 32GB , Gigabyte RTX 5070Ti ,  WD SN850 / MP44L

Yeah, Cougar fans are pretty great if you're into the whole emotional orange color scheme :P.

Enermax twister pressure fans if you're on a budget? Otherwise, noctuas and NBs all day long, as well as silverstone air penetrators.
