well I would say performance but they can be quite loud at 12v.

The name says it all. PE are louder and perform better, QE are quieter but don't perform as well.

if you ant lower rpm, and quiet, then quiet.

Those are the NF-P12.-

 

 

The Silverstone Air Penetrators are good budget Static pressure fans, the AP122 and AP123 models are awesome.

Gentle Typhoons made by Nidec Servo are great, other decent SP fans are Cougar vortex fans

I have 2 x 120 SP's on my rad....very loud, I don't over clock anymore so I might be trying the quiet editions. I have 2 Cougar Vortex fans that are amazingly quiet and blow good air, might get them. Nuctua ia out of the question, first the color scheme, and the price

Yeah, Cougar fans are pretty great if you're into the whole emotional orange color scheme .

Those are the NF-P12.-

 

The NF-P12 are the NF-F12's predecessor. The NF-F12's have more static pressure and ditched the aggressive redish brown the P12's had.
