What do you think of this CPU/Mobo combo?

Not getting the k edition, because they are $55 more here vs the $15-25 in USA. Besides, coming from an i3 2120, I think this will be fine :) 

 

Your thoughts on the mobo?

Why u go on newegg if u not from America/Canada ? UK doesnt have newegg :/ the CPU is £215 on aria and £219 on scan. I got mine from scan :)

I havent heard much good about Asrock mobos and its seems very cheap to me. But thats just me.

replace it with xeon e3 1231 v3  and gigabyte h97 d3h, if any doubt  about xeon, google search xeon vs i7 and gigabyte boards are more robust
