If you want a low-profile cooler (it's not necessary) - Thermaltake AXP-100

If you want a tower heatsink - Cooler Master Hyper 212 (nice value), Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 (awesome looks, great performance, awesome looks again)

If you go with the 350D which i would highly recommend ( i love Corsair) there is room for an Corsair H100 so you can do some decent overclocking, or if you wanna run stock speeds set it to slow fan speed mode (so it will run virtually silent) and it will still keep your CPU cool.

Does a 212 Evo/Rock 3 even fit in a 350D?

Was looking at a few low profile and coolers and can't be arsed to go with an AIO.

Well, the Arc Mini R2 and 350D are pretty similar in terms of size, and in my Mini R2 the Dark Rock 3 fits nicely. Hyper 212 is a bit smaller.
