  1. Hey, my asus tuf gaming b550 plus motherboard only has 1 adressable header but i need to attach 2 rgb fans on my AIO and 3 of the same fans as the cases top and rear exhaust. what would be the best way to do this. the AIO is an enermax 240mm radiator and all the fans are the SQUA square fanse. i need the cpu cooler fans to run at a different speed then the exhaust so im not sure how to do that with only one Asus ARGB addressable header on the motherboard. both the aio and kit of 3 more fans have these sata powered controllers but your supposed to plug it into the ARGB on motherboard. than
  2. Hey, i managed to get my computer built with a Ryzen 5 5600X and an NVIDIA GeForce Aorus Xtreme RTX 3080 - 10GB GDDR6X. however the RGB Fusion software is notoriously glitchy. Im trying to get the LCD panel on the side of the graphics card to display the temps and clock speed of the GPU. however because i have other RGB components that have their owjn software it causes the RGB fusion software to show a black motherboard rather then the GPU. so i cant even select the GPU and then change the LCD. has anyone found a fix to this problem?
  3. hey thanks for the help you offered, i got the RMA memory and it was in fact two dead sticks. as im writing this the computer has been running for 14hours and even for 2x stress tests for an hour each there was no instability issues using D.O.C.P
  4. Hey if you love the "Kingdom Hearts" esc feeling of RPG that you can do co op, id suggest Genshin Impact. yes it runs on iphones and android phones, but it also runs on the new playstation, PC's and OSX. because it was a mobile game first intel integrated graphics can run it. Its free to play, the other game id suggest is Warframe, its on steam and is free to play and as long as she didnt try to set it above 1080p she could get decent performance using the original graphics engine and not the new beta one.
  5. i bought a USB N64 controller and emulate original gameboy, NES SNES N64, i still own all the consoles and the game cartiridges, however most of the cartridge batteries are long dead and wont keep a save file. thats why i went with emulators, however i dont use ROMS that i dont own on systems i dont own. i heard Citra was good too, im pretty sure i can bind the keys to my N64 controller. i wanna play the DS Hyrule warriors on a 32inch monitor.
  6. I just replaced my first Gen Titan X with a Aorus xtreme RTX 3080 and im trying to see what a fair ballpark price for the Titan X would be, it currently has an EK waterblock and black metal EK backplate, but i have the stock air cooler that was used for a whopping 3 hours as well. I was unsure about posting a question on value in the classifieds section because I'm not selling anything yet. The biggest thing going for it is the 12GB of VRAM, so even newer titles have the vram and higher bitrate then a GTX 980. any recommendations are appreciated, i just don't know what a card liike this goes f
  7. Despite this most likely not being the cause because its a new motherboard. its also the easiest to fix "If this is the problem" is the MOBO Nickle sized battery dead? that saves the bios settings. if you got a dud battery its like 4$ to replace.
  8. yes i think amd's version of xmp is docp, i tried turning that off and it was a no go. ill try reseating the cpu after the new memory arrives if i still am having problems.
  9. oh and me being on the east coast of the US means shipping to the west coast "California" is crazy pricey
  10. Hey, so in my profile you will see the computer i am talking about for this topic.. the computer it replaced ran a 3770k with Z77 Sabertooth Tuf 16GB ddr3 1600mhz ram and a first gen Titan X. both cpu and gpu have EK waterblocks and the build uses 2 radiators. normally i have ALWAYS built my own computer but with graphics cards and cpus being an issue i spent roughly 3k $ USD buying an iBuyPower computer with a Ryzen 5 5600X a RTX 3080 Aorus Extreme GPU and 2x8 corsair 3200mhz RGB system memory. So here is the rub, although i locked in and was charged the price the parts went for at "Orig
  11. once again i think this comes down to a case by case basis. i chose the 3080 because i actually prefer 1440p to 4k, in 4k the resolution is so high in some games things appear smaller. due to the fact i play first 3rd person shooters i like 1440p on a 32inch curved screen because A. its not so low a resolution that a gun modal takes up 30% of the screen. and B in 4k some things like trying to use a sniper rifle, having a smaller target in your scope makes it harder. if you look at most twitch COD streamers they use 1080p 27inch monitors with high refresh and low latency. they can aim easier an
  12. i agree,it all depends on what your playing. The primary reason i went with the 3080 was for ray tracing and dlss, cyberpunk and other modable games as well as COD are my main focus. my old first gen titan x even custom water cooled couldn't handle night city even when i turned the res down to 1080p. With dlss i can have it run it at my 1440p ROG monitor res at high settings and medium ray tracing with dlss on quality. looking at different streamers or people uploading vods using either 6800xt or 3080 it just looked better for that one title to go with team green. depending on the generation i
  13. the point im making is that when newer titles than what was around in 2011 are being used more cpu cores are used and more gpu % is used. with the GPU AND CPU BOTH being cooled with a single radiator that the copper heat pipes run through being cooled by a single fan the temps your listing are normal
  14. ah just checkied your page thanks
