outdated rig?

For me.

4/10 Outdated Rig! :o

1: For $450 USD, it was perfect for what I'd use it for. 2: Look at my old rig. I was using it full-time until a few weeks ago when I built my new one. On the weekends though, because it's at my mom's, and I only really go up there on the weekends.

Its a good GPU based on benches ive seen but a "great" GPU would be like a 280x (or previous series equivalent) or a gtx 760 or sumthin.

@Slinky 9/10 way overkill PSU and older gen i7 would be an 8 but everything else is outstanding

Btw I saw your case in a green theme once liquid cooled with some UV lighting (cant remember where) looked boss as hell.

fx 6100 is not powerfull processor for gaming (only 2 or 4 cores are used and it has very week cores)

RAM is slow too it must be at least 1600/1866

HD 7850 is not good for full hd gaming it's 650 ti boosts compatitor

also windows 8.1 is faster and better then windows 7

CPU 5/10

RAM 4/10

GPU 5/10

laptop is fine though

Computer users fall into two groups:
those that do backups
those that have never had a hard drive fail.

Linus proved that RAM speed doesn't really make much of a difference on your FPS though. The FX-6100 is fine for gaming, since most games don't really do much to the CPU until the GPU is at full load. And he/she never said that they play games at 1080p.

Yes, but that doesn't necessarily state that the person plays at 1080p, right?

3.5/10 not very impressive by today's standards, but it bet it would make a great Y2K machine :P

10/10 4.8ghz is insane and this is pretty much a all around perfect rig for this year
