Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

Well, the only thing I'm missing is a sound card. I could use some new peripherals though.

My next five upgrades will be:

  1. Replace Intel Core i7-2600K with Intel Core i5-4670K
  2. Replace ASUS Sabertooth P67 with ASRock Z87 Extreme6
  3. Replace 8GB (2 x 4GB) Corsair Vengeance 1866 with 8GB (2 x 4GB) Corsair Dominator Platinum 1600 CL8
  4. Install Corsair Dominator Platinum light bar upgrade kit (white lenses)
  5. Replace Corsair Vengeance 1500 with Sennheiser PC 350

That seems like an extremely expensive way to make a small difference....

I've been having some issues with my current mobo, so the first couple of upgrades on my list make a lot of sense. The headset will also be a huge upgrade. Admittedly, the RAM is more of an aesthetic upgrade than anything.

A sound card and another 680, those are my next two upgrade. I'd also like to get a new case that can fit a H100 so I can get some lower temps on the CPU.
