Forest fire and Shipping?

Hey guys so I know this really isn't something you can really help me with exactly and I will have to wait till tomorrow to check.

 

But in BC there are 140 forest fires. A few seem to be near my town. One is actually blazing away across a river. (Not evacuated yet but many are) and the main high way has a forest fire near it although i think it is still open.

 

Do you think this will affect the shipping times? Also is anyone else experiencing forest fires right now? I Just checked on ours (I can see it from the house) and it is still going. No houses lost yet although 1 caught fire but was saved.

This Summer be crazy everywhere in Canada. So many floods and fires :(. And then there's that tornado here in the GTA which NEVER happens, and then that hurricane in the maritimes...

Lmao. Its not my main concern. My main concern is peoples lives but our fighters are on it and have been since it started at 1pm today.

I think it's unlikely your thing will be delivered on time.

It really REALLY doesn't matter though

Whereabouts in BC do you live?

Yeah. I have been watching the fire from my deck. It's uh defiantly not good. But I'm upwind sorta. But my job is down wind sooo.... Also all the houses.. :\

Its not summer here atm i think we just had winter but when its summer, there is basically a guarantee there will be a ton of fires and u will hear alot of helicopters and see smoke in the distance its just like the norm but as for shipping as long as the road isnt blocked there shouldn't be any delays.

I expect him to not care if his thing is delivered, and think about the delivery man who could have to DRIVE THROUGH A FIRE to deliver his package.
