Is my TD02(AIO) dying?

So recently I've been getting worse and worse temperatures. So I decided to check the AIO, turns out, the cpu block/pump is hot to the touch while the radiator stays cool to the touch. Is it dying? If so should I try to warranty it? Or is this something I can fix myself?

Try to remount the CPU block. Reapply thermal paste and secure the block down tight, but not too tight. That solves a lot of these cases.
