Budget gaming PC for friend, need help.

Oink!

Budget & Location

So his budget is about €400 (I know it's really low) and he lives in Italy.

Aim

He will be gaming. He plays games like Minecraft and he will be playing higher end games (not sure which).

Monitors

He will be using a single 1080p monitor.

Peripherals

No needs for peripherals

He will be buying from QmaxTech (since prices are really low compared to other shops), but feel free to make a list on PCpartpicker Italia.

Thanks in advance,

The Slimy Pig.
