$1000 Ultra Quiet Mini ITX Gaming Rig

Hey all  :D

I have made a list of parts that I would hope would achieve this:

Play 1080p games well
Be really small (console like)
Be really quiet
Be under $1000

If you think if anything is wrong or have any suggestion to achieve my goal with my list please tell me as any advice would be helpful as this is my first build so here the parts i have so far:

Without watercooling no PC is ultra quiet. GPU's are stupid loud

you should be able to get a much better GPU for that budget. Im sure others will be here shortly to help. thats a actually really good start. and a bunch of people will yell soon, so heads up, change your font color to automatic, the most hardcore users generally use the dark theme and its hard to see your text

Stock cooling will be louder than you want. See if a low profile Noctua will fit in that case, like the NH-L9i, NH-L9a, or the NH-L12.

I originally was going for a r7 260 and people recomended that i go for this card instead cause its alot better for not that much more.

What would you recommend :)

I have heard good things about Noctua being quiet yet good cooling, thanks for the tip :)

The only thing about this list i wouldnt want is SSD as i already have an 120gb Samsung EVO and the case as i like the look of the one i like.

Two suggestion. Better memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory and a slightly more powerful gpu XFX Radeon R9 270X 2GB Double Dissipation Video Card.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Nope the pumps just as loud as all of them. My gpu just has a cooler with a way higher tdp then my gpu
