Get one of the cheaper PNY SSDs then a R7 265 as a 750 is only good for 720p high or 1080p low.

Do you recommend the Gigabyte Radeon R7 265 WindForce 2X 2GB DDR5 256-bit  against the EVGA GTX 750 Ti?

Yes, The R7 265 performs better and is on average the 265 is $10-$15 more (depending on location), making it have a even better price to performance ratio.

The gtx 750 (non ti) can handle bf4 on 1080p on high settings and get around 50 fps.

EVGA GTX 750 Ti would be better GPU?

YES!!! Even though it is so cute and tiny (the ACX single fan design is just adorable).

But getting a R7 265 is actually better for the price.

Also, could you tell us your budget, so we can find the best system for you?

get a WD 1 TB HDD  and a 750Ti and try to use a i5 4460 if you can afford it

if you can afford it get a EVGA GeForce  GTX 750Ti FTW

You could get a R9-270 for the same price as an 750Ti.

the R9-270 will blow the 750Ti out of the water, its not even close!!!

Switch the 750 Windforce with say 750Ti either windforce, superclocked or FTW (i've used all 3 and I'd reccomend SC or FTW) if you wish for it to be smaller you could probably just use a Cooler Master Elite 110 to save more space

It seems you are on the fence about what OS you should get.  If you want your PC to be more future-proof, get win8.1.  It is a new interface but once you learn it, it is actually not as bad as some win7 fanboys make it out to be.

but 750Ti gives more headroom for adding components .

Just gonna throw it out there, but if you're trying to limit costs, consider getting a micro-ATX build. Mini-ITX motherboards tend to be considerably more expensive with a limited feature set due to their size. :)
