One of the employees join you on join.me and then he just need to see you redeem the key. You redeem the code in windows :-) Just like a normal windows key.

 

If you're installing on a new system, how would you verify it?

It would be nice if someone or the website would do a more fleshed out step-by-step process on how to activate your Windows product after purchase.

The website does have a brief explanation however in reality it is more confusing.

I hope people realize this is just an activation key, not a real Windows licence. Even if you paid a guy for the activation key, you are still pirating Windows. Save your money.

We have already discussed G2A today, it was established that those keys come from Dreamspark, which are not meant for resale. Not to mention that Windows is free on Dreamspark.

Another thing I heard is that the keys expire after 31 days.

I get my copy of Windows 8.1 from uni for $10. I assume I can buy unlimited copies.

I don't really trust it since they could be MSDN keys in which if the seller closes their MSDN account or isn't paid.... Goodbye windows.

I suggest agains OS buying from them.

 

Game keys are different though since once the key is used in steam on your account then the key is pointless and wont work anymore and you have the game as long as you don't get banned on steam.

I just wanted to know if i buy a key with the shield thing and they watch you authenticate it how can it work if you have no os on the pc at all?
