I would start with a new case so its easier to upgrade the rest of your parts in the future.

Better airflow might help you get some overclocks too for extra performance. Use any extra money for a 212 evo.

Get a better cool :D Since you have a OEM Trash Case, you should try to get a watercooler since they typically take up less space and can be cooler.

You can also get a pretty decent Sound card for 20/30
