I'd recommend the 780ti for that price range.

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

I would wait. Dual GPU card with 2GB of vram.... no point at this time. Maxwell isn't that far away.

Either go with the GTX 780 Ti mate or wait for the Maxwell cards. The GTX 880 is supposed to released within the next 2-3 months

Well the mars 760 really doesn't make any sense, it is worse than CF 760, costs more and there are single card solutions in the price range. If you are going to spend $700+ of a GPU, just go for a 780 ti or 290x.

Are you high? The 670 outperforms the 760, but you want to ditch two of the best 670's on the market for two 760's with intentionally lowered clock speeds??? Your two 670's already meet or beat a single 780 ti. There is no point in spending any money unless you get two better performing cards. Like two 770's, or better. The early Maxwell cards will be on the market soon, so it's not a bad idea to wait. But whatever you do, do NOT ditch your two 670's for any two 760's.
