Is this a good PC build, I would like to play Arma 3, Day Z, battlefield, and other games i'm not aware of. I will be running Microsoft office  and photo shop. Also does a GPU with 2GB of memory mean that the GPU has 2GB of RAM, can somebody explain this. How easy will this be to build.

You'll definitely want 8GB of ram at least if you wanna run BF.

Yes. 2GB of memory means 2GB's of RAM or VRAM. 

 

Also, the price is pretty steep for a 7770. I'd look for a better deal.

dont excpet to max out games like planetside 2 or battlefeild 4 but other then that ya its decent

More RAM, 1TB Seagate Barracuda is more cost effective, may want a better CPU, and the GPU is a little too expensive.

1. Seagate makes good drives

I would change the SSD, for the price you can change it to a Kingston V300 120gb or a Sandisk X110 128gb.

You might as well ditch the optical drive (useless) and get a X4 760k.
