Reminds me of the time lightning struck a couple metres away from a car I was in, that was scary indeed!

My mother actually had lightning hit her car while she was driving on the highway, it actually passed through her whole body, she's lucky to be alive (I guess I wouldn't have been born, so lucky me too) :S

When I was 5 I was looking out our front door, and lightning hit the sidewalk. It was a really little one (barely any rumble to it), but it left a burn mark in the cement that was there for a couple of months.

Then last year in the summer a huge fucking one hit in the middle of our front yard, and it was REALLY loud. It almost broke a couple of the windows.

Should have seen our poor cat. He jumped from my dad's windowsill to the floor... 13 feet away. Then he ran out to check on me and my sister (he seriously checks on us at night while we're sleeping).

My pug just chills all the time lol

*Trying my best to get others in on the puns*

We have a Pyrenees, she weighs ~55Kg (more than me), Luckily she doesn't bolt from one end of the house to the other as fast anymore as she used to -our furniture was getting jeopardized.

Right about so yes, she used to weigh more than that, she topped out at 65Kg I think. She has been on a diet since.

You know, I'm glad that in blighty you're more likely to be hit by a meteorite than lightning.

I looked outside expecting it to be some dumbass who blew up a pipe bomb, it randomly starts raining as I look outside

It is at this point his pants got filled and drenched with brown and yellow watery substances while he dove under the bed holding a pokeman figurine

At my old house, we had a lot of pine trees in the back yard and lighting hit one of them made it fall into the house.

Trust me, that is not a way that you want to wake up.
