Is My Core Speed Correct? [ i5 3570K ]

Wifi

Okay. So I, hopefully, successfully overclocked my i5 3570K to 4.2 GHz on my Asus P8Z77-V Pro/Thunderbolt motherboard. But, I have a bit of a problem. Also, I would like to mention that this is before I'm about to stress test it. In CPU-Z, it says my Core Speed is about 4200.00 MHz (4.199.93 - 4200.01 MHz). But, RealTemp v3.70 shows it is about 2.2 - 3.2 GHz. Is CPU-Z telling the truth or is it still at stock speed? I would like to also mention the bios says that my target clock speed is 4.2 GHz.

Here is a picture of what I'm talking about,

Thank you. It is weird though that RealTemp is still showing as it is at stock speeds with turbo boost when actually I turned off turbo boost and now the core speed is at 4.2 GHz.
