I would say R9 270. Though the GTX 660 is pretty much right there.

95% of the time, the R9 270 is the best deal of those cards regardless of where you live. If all of these are roughly the same price, or at least are negligible in price, it sits at the top pretty easily because of how overpriced the others are. The R9 270X, if less than 15% more in price, is quite the steal but I don't know about availability or your intended budget.

270 and 660 are similar in performance but I would suggest the 660 due to better driver support. I would also suggest avoiding the 270x as it's the exact same thing as a 270 the only difference is the core/boost clocks. A 270 can be overclocked to match the performance of a 270x.

but i and my friend found 270x costs 10euros more so should he go with 270 x ?

P.S.if he buys 660 its 3 gb card but theres no difference 2gb vs 3 gb in 1080p, right ?

The 270x is basically the same card, it's just clocked higher and therefore performs a bit better. You can overclock a 270 and get the same performance out of it, or you could get the 270x if you don't want to overclock. 3GB of VRAM are absolutely unnecessary for your needs. 2GB are fine, go for the 270.

The GTX 750ti is stronger than the GTX 660
but most games would run better on r9 270

gtx 750 ti < r7 265 < gtx 660 <= r9 270
Basically this is the order of their performance. The gtx 660 is similair in performance to the 270 but normally slightly slower.
