I'm having problems lining the PCI slot on a Define R4 with my 770.I have to put a lot of stress on the card for it to line up.If you have any suggestions on what I should do that would be great.

Thank you

it's not in all the way, the white thing on the PCI line should snap closed. Just push it down harder.

take out the blank plates for the slots either side then have another go. Most of my cards do this, I don't worry about it. push it in and screw it down, and fill the blanking slots it.

It's all the way in.The plastic is not in the way. I tried it without it and it still didn't work.

if its in the same position as it is in the picture, then its not down all the way...

@Aqui2006

Is it hot in your room? Try moving it into an air-conditioned environment, GPU, case, mobo, and all, and leave it there overnight with the A/C on. Sometimes it could expand due to heat.

It's not really hot where I'm building, but I'll try that.

Ok so I took all of the screws from the motherboard and put the graphics card in.I lifted on  the motherboard to see If it would line up and it did.The standoffs on the top part of the motherboard touched  but the ones at the bottom didn't.Could it be the case?

Possibly, the motherboard looks misaligned.

Possibly, the motherboard looks misaligned.

The standoff are all the way in the case.Also While taking the motherboard off I notice there is a dent on the top right of the case.near of of the standoffs.

This video shows that when I lift on it It's aligned but when I don't it's misaligned.
