    The OS is on the SSD.I'm not really sure what mode I installed it in.Is there a difference in what mode it was installed in?

    Hello, I have two drives in my system.One Is a Corsair F60 and the other is a WD Black.When I boot my PC sometimes the ssd will not show up in the bios and will not boot windows.Other times when It does Recognize the the ssd it boots fine but then I can't see the hard drive.This happens every time I turn on my computer.Any help would be appreciated. -Motherboard Asus Maximus VI hero

    Still no luck with this.Any other suggestions?

    Not yet.Another idea I have is to try it with a old case I have from another build to see if the case is the issue.I'll let you guys know how it goes tomorrow. Thank you all for your help

    The define R4 came with these rubber washers. I put one on each stand off and still nothing

    It moves side to side.But if I try push the card to line up with the holes it puts to much stress on the card.

    It's flushed with the case but the screw holes just don't line up.

    There is a dent near of the standoffs.I don't know if that's what's messing it up.It was like that when I opened the case but, thought nothing of it.

    I just checked and I can see all of the standoffs when I put the motherboard in.

    I'm using the one's that came with the motherboard.

    The standoff are all the way in the case.Also While taking the motherboard off I notice there is a dent on the top right of the case.near of of the standoffs. This video shows that when I lift on it It's aligned but when I don't it's misaligned.

    Ok so I took all of the screws from the motherboard and put the graphics card in.I lifted on the motherboard to see If it would line up and it did.The standoffs on the top part of the motherboard touched but the ones at the bottom didn't.Could it be the case?
