No one needed to it was in HP's own repair/assembly guide.

I have a dell laptop which is odd, it has a fan in it but for the life of me it just never starts, its got a i5 4200u in it and a m265x in it, i can play bf3 or 4 and other games like modded skyrim, it gets to around 80oc and the fans dont turn on, it doesnt overheat either even with prime95 not sure how that works.
