4670k for sure :)
You might want to consider x97 and the 4790k if it fits the budget.

Everything else seems all right to me :)

I know this doesn't really help much, but either system will play those games on ultra without any issue. Go with which ever one you want, you won't be disappointed in either one.

Which ever one you go with, use  Windows 8.1 instead. Win 8 isn't a good OS.

Gaming/Editing PC: AMD FX-8350 | CM Seidon 120V Liquid Cooler | Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard | G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600| Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB WINDFORCE | PNY XLR8 240GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD | Corsair 600W ATX Semi-Modular PSU | Thermaltake Chaser A71 | LG 25UM64-S 25.0" 2560 x 1080 Display | CM Storm Devastator Gaming Keyboard & Mouse

Hi, thanks for the advice, I plan to go for windows 8.1 but on partpicker its listed at £78 but i can ge tit cheaper at my local pc store so i just left it as 8 as it was closer in price :)

Would you say both are equally future proof? as i would like to be able to get 3/4 years out of this build.

thanks,

Zack
