i just bought the msi r9 280 gaming oc and it doesn't seem to have any codes for amd rewards....is this right??

if you bought it on newegg (or online) they will send an email with a redemption code and instructions

 

i bought it from a store but i ordrerd the card online...i paid the store in cash...should i call them or send an email to amd? 

or there is no chanse getting the reward?
