Help deciding on new h100i fans

Go to solution Solved by WoodenMarker,

NF-F12's perform better.

I am looking to change out the stock fans on my h100i. I am stuck between NB eloop B12-P and the new black noctua NF-F12. I like the eloop a bit more cause it fits more with my color scheme with the white. But I want the best one thats better for cooling at lower speeds at around 1000-1500rpm. My h100i is cooling my 4130 but I am going to be upgrading to a 8350 later this year.
