I have 2300kb/s down and 400b/s up according to speed test, but it took me 5 minutes to upload 2mb, then I canceled it and cropped the image to only be 1mb... still took 30secs, no idea why. Speedtest always says my upload is decent, but it never is :(

Firewall is probably blocking packets from those sites. Either firewall on your computer or the routers firewall. Try a different browser and if it still does it that's the problem, if it doesn't then the problem is in your chrome settings.
