Is anyone using mantle atm for BF4

I had it like a few weeks ago but something went from so went back to direct x but now I see it's back as an option (for me anyway, disappeared some some time not too long ago) .  .  . shall i re-enable it?

how do i even enable it, is their an option somewhere? Mines just outta the box i don't fidle with it.

in the video settings there's at the top left there's an option for directx and if u have a card which supports mantle u can click across and it'll say mantle, but when I done it before it crashed after a while lol and i had an error message

Stop using FRAPS and switch to MSI Afterburner. FRAPS is a shit program that needs to die a million deaths already.

I used it for awhile till it caused a problem making me have to dig through the settings file to change to DX 11

I use it with my r9 280x. I get 40 fps(min) with ultra no AA and maybe 150%(forgot) resolution scaling

fx 8320 and r9 290, hover around 90fps at 1080p ultra settings 4x aa, never dips below 70 fps

 

mantle is worth the hype, runs so much better than directx 11

I'm running it and haven't had problems apart from it freaking out once or twice and freezing.

Thing is with all the updates I've seen directx get worse and mantle get better
