I know that this is the undesirable orange color, but in terms of sheer performance, these fans are incredible, especially at only $9.

 

I originally purchased two, and liked them so much that I bought 3 more.  I have 5 of them in my case, and they are so powerful and quiet at the same time.  Just holding them and spinning the blades with your fingers you can feel the quality.  They have a nice weight to them, they feel incredibly sturdy, and when you plug them in and turn them on, they are a dream.  They are rated for 1500rpm, but 4 out of the 5 I own go all the way up to 1600rpm.  They are not audible until 1200rpm, and I have an open side panel.
