What is being hacked in Saint Louis?

alright so i was looking at Norse and noticed that nearly all hacks were directed to Saint Louis. What there is there to hack? yes i  saw it in the ncix video

That map is so weird... I saw china send a big attack to what seemed like Washington D.C. so big that it almost froze my browser
