Probably the WD VelociRaptor. 

But if it's for a laptop, I can recommend the Seagate Laptop SSHD or the WD Black2

WD Black² isnt worth; are there any other good 2,5'' HDDs (not SSHDs), since the velociraptor is still overpriced and doesnt make any sense to buy because the WD black is much cheaper and has higher transfer rates

Then the WD Black is probably the fastest 2,5" HD. The WD Scorpio Blue is pretty fast for the price, but not as fast as the Black.

I think the WD Xe might be the fastest drive in that form factor (not quite 1TB, it's 900GB). The black squared isn't a traditional 2.5 inch drive.
