Why do i bluescreen when i unplug the led when my computer is on?

The title basically sums it all up! I blue screen when i unplug my led for my computer....

Probably due to voltage fluctuation or new circuits being made that shouldn't be when you're part way through unplugging them.

But as people have said, why?
