Can't really say without the actual components you're using. EK, Bitspower and AlphaCool are all good companies. In particular, EK's blocks, Bitspower's fittings and AlphaCool's radiators.

You need to put the components you will be cooling like the GPU and how many, CPU i suspect this is a given, and motherboard. Also what case will this loop be going in?
