Corsair C70/MSI Z77A-G45 Reset Switch not working?

So my reset button has never worked on my computer, and I was wondering why. I don't use it so it was not an immediate problem, but I needed it twice today and it still does not work!

I have a Corsair C70 and a MSI Z77A-G45. Is there something in the BIOS? Or is it my case/MB?

I have switched the the positive and negative to see if they got the wiring wrong and it still did not work.

Flip the header on your motherboard. The switch wont work if the positive and negative poles are turned around.

Flip the header on your motherboard.

I have done that many times.

If you mean the entire plastic bit, I cant, there is that one pin missing to make sure you have it the right way.

Oh sorry, I hadn't seen you already tried that. Maybe there is something wrong with the cable, unfortunately I don't know how to resolve that problem :( .

Your header seems fine, It must be the cable...
