So I filed a support ticket with them back in March. Now, I understand that it might take a while, but now it's June and I still haven't heard anything back from them yet. 3 fucking months and there's nothing. Have any of you had experiences with them that are this terrible? Or is it just me? Because I can safely say that I will never buy another product from them again, just to avoid this if the product were to fail.

Nope, it's genuine. I don't even bother changing the stock wallpaper, since my 5:4 screen makes my 16:9 wallpapers look goofy.
