dam, recommend anything to make this thing run better

Get a better one?

You could try uninstalling unwanted background programs and cleaning registries, doubt it would help much with gaming performance.

Not even that, I can wait till my rig is built. It basic stuff, like youtube. Im trying to watch videos and it buffers every 5 second. Is it because i'm downloading games in the background?

Yes. You cannot overclock laptops because most are locked CPUs because 90% of laptops have insufficient cooling. Overclocking will cause extreme temperatures and auto shut downs.

98% of all laptops can not be overclocked, this is do to the small form factor and heat out put laptops have with zero overclocking. Only high end gaming laptops can be overclocked.

With BF3 already running at so low fps you won't be able to do much on BF4. My fps went from BF3s 70+ while streaming to 50-75 on BF4. On laptop... lower gfx. Thats best you can do.
