Confirmation Needed for Running Two 270x's in Crossfire

I am unsure about if this is true or not -- If I were to crossfire a 4GB 270x card with a 2GB 270x card, the memory would still be calculated at 4GB as long as I use the 4GB card as the primary card, correct?

I am planning to crossfire my Sapphire 270x 4GB edition with a 270x Vapor-X, which is avaliable in 2GB.

Any input is greatly appreciated, Thank You.

Nope, it goes by the lowest amount on the cards, so 2 gb. Simply because the information ha to be copied to both cards.

No, the amount of usable memory will be 2GB, as all the data for GPU's needs to be mirrored on both of the cards.
