Tips For Modding GTA 4 ?

So Does anyone have any tips for me as i am wanting to get some modding done on GTA 4 , any tip is appreciated :)

My Pc Specs

CPU : AMD FX-8350 @stock w/Noctua NH D-14   Mobo: Asus M5A99FX    Ram : 16gb Corsair XMS3 @1600mhz    GPU : Gigabyte GTX970 Windforce OC 4GB @1429mhz   SSD: Sandisk X110 256gb    Case: Be Quiet Silent Base 800 Windowed  PSU: EVGA 850w g2  Peripherals : Corsair K70 w/Red Switches , Logitech G502 , Samsung SyncMaster S22B300 (1920x1080) , Ttesports Shock one headset , Phone : HTC one A9

just to clarify, when you know GTA5 is comming soon to pc, you are thinking about modding for the prevous game?

Backup the game first, seriously. Also patch it to the older version if you're using an ENB type mod so you don't get the red sky bug.

be ready for lots of re installs lol. The most important mod is a trainer imo, also get openIV (its hard to find now but its amazing). and make sure you read all the read me files

Definitely back up your game, you can still use version 1.0.7.0 for modding but you should install ChinaGreenElvis mod so you don't get the red sky bug. Install icenhancer (graphics mod) which makes the game look pretty awesome.

dont unless you can put up with the constant crashes
