750ti is a good idea, because PSU's in these things suck.

You should go for an R9 270x, the price is almost the same, but it performs quite a bit better.

Nvidia has recently released GT 700 Series cards ~ check them out.

GT cards are a bit poo for anything real useful. The 750Ti will do fine for this Dell. Powerful as it gets without needing extra power.

You can go for an R7 265, cause it's much faster for the same price. I'm pretty sure your PSU can handle it, just make sure it has one 6-pin molex connector.

If your PSU doesn't have a 6-pin molex connector, just get the GTX 750 Ti.
