I have no idea where to put this topic as it involves a few categories.

My main question is, is it possible for me to encode 1 video using 2 computer across a network? Is there a software that lets me do that? It would make encoding a lot faster.

My second question is, why does using a gpu to help encode, lower the video quality? I tested and compared with using Freemake Video Converter and using CUDA made the quality get worse. Is there a better software that uses the graphics card that doesn't loose video quality?

Yes, it's possible.

The default setting for gpu video encoding is generally lower. Just fix your settings.

increase bit rate

and GPU encoding is normally bad compared to just CPU
