change out mobo to Z97 if you going with a K processor and go for a  1 or 2TB WD Black or Green.

also that NZXT case is really old design.  I wouldn't suggest buying and using that one.

maybe go with either a fractal design case or corsair case.  C70 Vengeance is a good corsair case for not much.

an RM series Modular PSU would be better.

8GB of DDR3 is all you need for gaming.  faster ram won't help in games. but really I tell people to buy the fastest 8GB kit their mobo has support for and that fits into their RAM budget.

For most gaming and general use system 8GB is more than enough memory.

Less expensive but good performance memory and hdd provide budget for a Z97 motherboard, nicer case, and better psu. There is no point in getting an unlocked (K) cpu and high performance cpu cooler if the system is not going to be overclocked.

Check out the H440 blue / black case, http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/143-h440-performance-mid-tower.html. If that is not to your taste I would suggest something other than the Guardian 921.
