If you are going to be running 4K surround, nothing available is able to run it properly.

at most you will be looking at 4 way X-Fire 290X or 4 Way Titan Blacks

or two of the 295X2 but even with those will struggle with three 1440P monitors let alone three 4K monitors

you will be spending at least 6 to 7 grand on the system since you need to run the lga2011 based mobo for all the available PCI-E lanes for the GPU

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Sli titans can barely run something on 4K on a signle monitor, even 2 R9 295X2's cannot handle more than one monitor at 4K

4K Isn't a thing yet

1440p is a thing so aim for it instead of wasting your money

Yeah, Dirt.

Not the most game breaking graphics.

Dirt 3 is over three years old.

BF3 can hardly run on Titan SLI on one screen properly without frame drops..

well the OP is asking if there is a GPU to power three 4K screens

2 is not enough

sli isnt limited to two, why would you make that assumption?

also i do agree that it isnt the best solution,

actually that is only three 1600P monitors

the i7 Extreme and LGA2011 is the only thing that can power 4 Titans at 16/8/8/8

if it were to be the Z87 or 97 the GPUs will be choked by the puny 4/4/4/4 PCI-E lanes

didn't OP asked three 4K screens gaming?

Two things.

4K surround is 11520x2160, the video you posted is running 7680x1600 = 2560x1600 X 3 monitors.

And prior you said SLI Titans, this video is showing 4 Way SLI Titans.

they use 2560x1600 displays.

3x2560x1600 roughly equals 1.5x 4k monitors ;)

You should stop.....

The title even says 7680X1600.

4K surround is not 7680X1600.

"By way of reply, we are happy to share these benchmarks running our 4-Way SLI GTX Titans overclocked to 1150MHz, coupled with an Intel Core i7 3970X CPU humming along at 4.5GHz. We also hooked up three NEC PA301W 30" 2560x1600 monitors for a total NVIDIA Surround resolution of 7680x1600.

Enjoy!"

Fucking troll. Didn't you read that in the video description?

Back to the OP

4k Surround isn't a thing yet. If you want surround, go for 1080p, or if you're going balls to the walls, 1440p or 1600p (With them 3 or 4 Titan Blacks.)
