Here comes the most argued question by PC builders:  Should I go with Intel or AMD?

In about a week, I plan on ordering the parts to build my first computer.  The biggest question I am dealing with is what processor I should go with.  I am split between the Intel i5 4670k and the AMD FX-8350.

Intel build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/NoctHorn/saved/dD7v6h

AMD build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/NoctHorn/saved/LbdxFT

Given that the (current) price difference between the two is $15, which one would you recommend?

P.S.  Can you check if there is a better motherboard for the AMD build if it isn't the best choice?

i5 4670k (can OC to 4.4Ghz) - Hyper 212 evo w/ AC MX2 - XFX Radeon R9 280X8GB ADATA XPG V2 DDR3-1600 - MSI Z87 G41 - Corsair CX600M 600W PSU - 1TB HDD - 120GB SSD

I like AMD more :P But Intel is a clear winner in high-end market :D

For AMD build go with 990 Mobo and add an after market cooler so you can OC :D

For Intel build go with z97 Mobo and, again, add and after market cooler (if you don't want to OC it, go with 4670/4690 (non K CPU's, they're cheaper) :D
